HONGREAT Fully Automatic Sampling Cup Production Line

Leveraging over 20 years of HONGREAT's experience in sample preservation medical devices, we developed the first fully automatic sampling cup production line with automatic spoon insertion capability in 2024, enabling co-line production of urine cups and stool cups with spoons.

This production line completes all processes fully automatically, including automatic cup unscrambling, automatic cap unscrambling, spoon sorting, spoon insertion, cup and cap assembly, cap screwing and labeling.
